The summer programs at St. Thomas More School combine academics, study skills, athletics, and summer recreational activities, because we know that you can have a fun and memorable summer and be in a better position to achieve your goals when you return to school in the fall.
We offer a number of different programs to ensure an age appropriate experience that maximizes your time, effort and results.
Whether you are a middle school student preparing for high school, a high school student who wants to get a head start on your course work for the fall, a high school student who needs to retake an important class, or an international student who wants to focus on your English skills and experience a traditional "American" summer, we have a program that fits your needs.
Our formula for success in the summer is much the same as in our regular session: great teachers, individualized attention, small classes, challenging and fun athletics and extracurricular activities in a 100% boarding environment. The two recent testimonials below will give you a good sense of what students and parents think of the experience.
Please contact us if you have any additional questions about Summer@STM. We hope to see you on campus!
Mr. Matt Quinn
Head of School, Dean of Academics and Summer School Director
"At first, I didn’t know what to expect at the Saint Thomas More summer school. I was very surprised, though, to find that it was really cool! It was a great experience because I learned a lot, made many friends, and had fun. The weekend trips were really awesome and the lake activities were fun. The teachers were so nice and friendly and I learned some great skills in classes. It was a fun way to learn a lot over the summer."

"...I can't get over the wonderful job you have done with our son...From his history course he learned how to take notes, from his Pre-Algebra class he gained quite a bit of confidence, and from his Reading class, he learned to love reading. He has read three books on his own since camp - something that was unheard of a few months ago. He designed a study schedule very much like the schedule at camp and has been following it...So far he has an "A" average in his courses."
