STM Celebrates Chinese New Year

On Wednesday, February 4, 2009, STM enjoyed a special lunch. Dining Hall Manager, Julie Clarke planned the event in honor of the Chinese New Year of the Ox. On this bitter cold day in the United States, with the wild chill factor hovering around zero, faculty and students alike were warmed by her rice cake soup, asian dumpling soup and many different teas.
