Summer Academic Camp Adds Day Program

The St. Thomas More School Summer Academic accepts students from 7 - 12th grade and now includes day students. The session runs from June 28 - July 31, 2009.
Students start their day with breakfast, then they have three classes from 8:25 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. After lunch, the campus transforms into a traditional summer camp with activities such as beach volleyball, ultimate frisbee and kickball. Later in the day, the students can choose their own recreation with options such as tennis, swimming, fishing, basketball, inner tubing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking or relaxing by the beach. They are supervised by staff and counselors at all times. Day students may be picked up between 4:45 - 5:15 p.m. each day.
